Every placement begins with the question of personal circumstances and the impact on the country of origin. Migration is only justifiable if it does not lead to a deterioration in the supply situation in the country. We therefore pay strict attention to compliance with the WHO Code of Conduct for the International Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Furthermore, for us, an ethical approach also includes implementing and demanding measures that go beyond mere placement and promote workplace and social integration, thereby accompanying individuals on their migration journey.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

For us, acting ethically and responsibly also means acting in accordance with the “employer pays” principle, which we therefore fully recognize. We understand this to mean that the placement and all necessary steps are cost-neutral for the specialist, i.e. are borne by us or the employer. <\/span> <\/span><\/p>

For us, sustainability means more than just signing an employment contract: it is about cultural encounters, social integration and preserving personal identity without losing one’s own identity and culture. Together with the employers, we develop concepts that make arrival possible – from language support to intercultural exchange.
