Care professionals are not permitted to pay deposits, deposits or advance payments. Economic risks are minimized by clear contractual regulations and the assumption of all placement costs by the employer.

We guarantee complete disclosure of all process steps, cost allocations and contract terms. The scope of services and responsibilities are documented in detail before the contract is signed.

The integration of nursing staff is promoted through intercultural workshops and involvement in company decision-making processes. We offer comprehensive support in dealing with authorities, drawing up employment contracts and professional recognition.
