MISSION STATEMENT

HERE HEADLINE

Kolping Recruiting & Integration GmbH (KRI) is part of a Catholic social association through its shareholders, Kolping Bildungswerke Paderborn gGmbH and Kolping-Mainfranken GmbH. We are therefore guided by the example of Adolph Kolping, the Christian view of man and the world and Christian social teaching.

People, with all their individual needs and aspirations, are at the heart of everything we do. As a company in the field of education and integration, we see ourselves as companions who take the whole person into account – with a focus on lifelong development processes and human dignity.

This attitude also shapes our approach to migration: for us, the decision to change the center of our lives is a sensitive process that requires respect and responsibility. When skilled workers make the move to Germany, they are saying goodbye to something familiar – their home country, their culture and people who are close to their hearts. We approach this step with great care and a firm commitment to fair, ethical and sustainable action:

Fair

We create a balance between the legitimate interests of the skilled workers and those of our partner companies. This balance is the only way to create a sustainable basis on which integration can succeed and trust can grow.

Ethical

Every placement begins with the question of personal circumstances and the impact on the country of origin. Migration is only justifiable if it does not lead to a deterioration in the supply situation in the country. We therefore pay strict attention to compliance with the WHO Code of Conduct for the International Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals.

Furthermore, for us, an ethical approach also includes implementing and demanding measures that go beyond mere placement and promote workplace and social integration, thereby accompanying individuals on their migration journey.

For us, acting ethically and responsibly also means acting in accordance with the “employer pays” principle, which we therefore fully recognize. We understand this to mean that the placement and all necessary steps are cost-neutral for the specialist, i.e. are borne by us or the employer.

Sustainable

For us, sustainability means more than just signing an employment contract: it is about cultural encounters, social integration and preserving personal identity without losing one’s own identity and culture. Together with the employers, we develop concepts that make arrival possible – from language support to intercultural exchange. Even after the placement has been completed, we remain at the side of the skilled workers as a trusted contact partner.
